I was sworn into office on January 1, 2013 and served as a Deputy Majority Leader in the House of Representatives from 2014 through 2018 and named Chairman of Special Legislation Committee in 2019.
In 2021, I was asked to Chair the new Health and Human Services Committee during the Covid-19 pandemic. I currently serve as Chairman of the Municipal Government and Housing Committee navigating the state through the worst housing crisis our state has ever seen.
A Proven Leader
My experience as a legislative leader sets me apart as a candidate for Congress. I have a proven ability to navigate complex political landscapes, build consensus, and pass impactful legislation. As an Eagle Scout, I conduct myself with honor and integrity at all times, while ensuring that the needs and aspirations of our citizens remain at the forefront. I have an impressive track record of collaborating across party lines because as a First Responder, I understand that prioritizing people is paramount.
Now, more than ever, we need a Representative in Congress who embodies both the compassion of a first responder and the legislative expertise necessary to enact meaningful change. I am ready to bring my passion, dedication and experience to the table to serve as a strong advocate for the City of Woonsocket and the entire state. I’m a proven legislative leader and ready to be an effective congressman on day one and together, we can build a better future for all Rhode Islanders.
I am asking for your vote and thank you for your support.
